Reserving
Exhibit Space:
Reserving your
space at BING's
market is easy.
Simply complete
your application
and return it
with your
deposit. Space
will be offered
on a first come,
first served
basis in
accordance with
BING Expositions
seniority and
allocation
guidelines. Be
sure to read the
back of your
space
application,
complete the
front and sign
your
application.
Applications
without deposit
will not be
considered for
space.
We strongly urge
you to return an
application and
deposit. We are
still weeks away
from move in and
availability can
(and does)
change daily.
BOOTH SIZE & POLICIES:
Standard pipe & draped exhibit
booths 10 deep by 10 wide are
$TBA
and include a 7 x 44 booth ID
sign, a listing in the Buyers
Guide given to attendees, a
listing and link on the Expo
website and 4 exhibitor ID
badges. All corner booth
locations are an additional $200
each. The attendee list is made
available free to all exhibitors
after the Expo.
Our booth assignment policies:
Reserve your booth early if you
want room for larger displays,
particularly for showroom or
gallery format. *Flat rate,
First-come First-served booth
assignments (Single, Double,
Corner, Island formats)
Note:
There is no deadline to reserve
Non-Premium booth space,
however, we are actively signing
and/or reserving exhibit booths
on daily basis, it is advisable
to fax your application in
